sMOOth Tallow Lotion Bar We formulated this bar to help with post waxing/shaving irritation.
Apply after removing hair, to form a protective barrier on your skin. Nicked yourself while shaving? Use this to help soothe the irritated skin. Prone to ingrown hairs? Apply sMOOth after removing hair to protect against those bumps. Get tiny pimples from removing hair on your face? This works amazingly well to help protect the skin from being irritated and forming tiny pimples, something many of us deal with on a regular bases. It's also safe to use on acne prone skin, it's that gentle!
The Cottonwood Balsam and Lavender Essential Oil work together to provide soothing relief. As with most of our products, this Bar can be used for multiple skin issues- protection against chafing and diaper rash as well!

Important:
All items will ship within 10 business days of purchase and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress.

If you ordered Just Lolo or Cherish, please know that they are heat sensitive. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. Check to see when it will be delivered, and be sure to check your mailbox so that it’s not in the heat for a long period of time. We cannot be responsible for product that melts. We do everything we can to make sure it’s delivered in good condition!
If it does melt, it’s still safe to use, it’s just the consistency of it that will change. There are instructions on the package of what to do, should it be exposed to heat for an extended amount of time.

Returns: Due to Covid Health Precautions we are not accepting any returned products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you in store credit on your purchase or a full refund less shipping fees. (We do not offer reimbursement on shipping charges). Once we receive an email asking for a refund or in store credit, please allow 36 hours for us to process your request.
Damaged products:
If your products arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will replace the products, free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product AND packaging.
Lost Packages:
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, or if your shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
