We want you to love your Kheyleve Naturals products. Because our skincare is handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients — and cannot be resold once opened — all sales are final.
That said, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kheyleve.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue and packaging
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Incorrect Charges
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@kheyleve.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
