When the ear canal becomes blocked, there may be a reduction in the lymphatic outflow from the eustachian tube. This can lead to fluid build up in the middle ear, and possible infection.

Apply sparingly BEHIND and around outside of ear to
help soothe discomfort. Please note: Do not drip pure essential oils
directly into the ear canal, topical application behind the ear, is all
that's needed.
** Caution: Possible
skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant,
nursing or under a doctors care, consult your physician. Avoid contact
with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use on children
younger than 2.
