Shipping and Return Information

Thank you for your order! Since our products are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks before orders are mailed. If you ordered Just Lolo or Cherish, please know that they are heat sensitive. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. Check to see when it will be delivered, and be sure to check your mailbox so that it’s not in the heat for a long period of time. We cannot be responsible for product that melts. We do everything we can to make sure it’s delivered in good condition!

If it does melt, it’s still safe to use, it’s just the consistency of it that will change. There are instructions on the package of what to do, should it be exposed to heat for an extended amount of time. 

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date for an in-store credit.

You will be required to pay for your own shipping of all returned items. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse customers for any previously paid shipping charges.

 

Steps To Returning a Product:

1. Email us at Kheyleve.com with subject line "Return Order #XXXXX", and a brief description of why you wish to return the product. We will reply back with further instruction.

2. When sending your product back, please include a copy of your order confirmation email or your order number with your return. Returns can be sent to the following address:

3. Once we receive the returned product we will issue you an in-store credit.

 

Damaged products:

If your products arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will replace the products, free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product AND packaging.

 

Lost Packages

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, or if your shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
