Shipping and Return Information

Thank you for your order! Since our products are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks before orders are mailed. Shipping costs are based off of what the post office charges us and if we are adding ice packs to protect orders during warm months.

Holiday Shipping: We love that our products are bought as gifts- thank you for sharing the love! Please be aware of the distance a package is traveling, and order in time for the gift to arrive. We typically announce the date we will last ship orders before major holidays. 

If you ordered Just Lolo or Cherish, please know that they are heat sensitive. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. Check to see when it will be delivered, and be sure to check your mailbox so that it’s not in the heat for a long period of time. We cannot be responsible for product that melts. We do everything we can to make sure it’s delivered in good condition!

If it does melt, it’s still safe to use, it’s just the consistency of it that will change. There are instructions on the package of what to do, should it be exposed to heat for an extended amount of time. 

Returns:

Due to Covid Health Precautions we are not accepting any returned products If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you in store credit on your purchase. We do not offer reimbursement on shipping charges. 

Damaged products:

If your products arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will replace the products, free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product AND packaging.

 

Lost Packages:

If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier or customs office (for international packages). We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, or if your shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
