Shipping and Return Information
We use Flat Rate Priority mail (1 - 3 Day delivery time) as our preferred shipping methods.
*Please note that due to Covid-19 unusual delays are to be expected and are out of our control. If you need something to be delivered by a certain date, please reach out to us.
All items will ship within 10 business days of purchase and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress.

Shipping times during Covid-19 are estimates and can be delayed as per USPS notice.
Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or special requests. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will do what we can to accommodate these requests whenever possible.
If you ordered Just Lolo or Cherish, please know that they are heat sensitive. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with the tracking information. Check to see when it will be delivered, and be sure to check your mailbox so that it’s not in the heat for a long period of time. We cannot be responsible for product that melts. We do everything we can to make sure it’s delivered in good condition!
If it does melt, it’s still safe to use, it’s just the consistency of it that will change. There are instructions on the package of what to do, should it be exposed to heat for an extended amount of time.
Digital Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are sent via email to the email you provide. Please see our FAQ page if you need help in using your gift card.
Returns: Due to Covid Health Precautions we are not accepting any returned products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you in store credit on your purchase or a full refund less shipping fees. (We do not offer reimbursement on shipping charges). Once we receive an email asking for a refund or in store credit, please allow 36 hours for us to process your request.
If your products arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days and we will replace the products, free of charge. Please include a picture of the damaged product AND packaging.
If you never received your products, you have 30 days from the day you placed your order to notify us. All packages are sent with a Tracking Number. Tracking information is sent to the email account that you provided to us upon checkout. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you never received it, please contact your local postal carrier. We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, or if your shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
