Welcome to Kheyleve Naturals, a family-owned small business born in Chugiak, Alaska, and now proudly shipping from Myrtle Beach, SC.

I’m Lisa Hood, a holistic RN, mama, and science-based founder with a passion for holistic skincare. Our journey began over 15 years ago when my husband, John, returned from Desert Storm struggling with red, itchy skin. As a registered nurse and mama, I knew there had to be a better way to bring him natural relief—one that didn’t involve synthetic chemicals or harsh ingredients.

I turned my kitchen into a research lab and discovered grass-fed tallow, a true ancestral ingredient packed with vitamins A, D, E, and K, and omega fatty acids. I formulated a body butter for John using this skin superfood, and the results were incredible—it calmed his skin and became a staple for our babies too. We quickly realized tallow was like a “superfood” for the skin, nourishing and protecting sensitive skin without irritation. Friends and co-workers became our first fans, begging for more of our tallow skincare creations (don’t worry, we never test on animals—just willing humans!).

What started as a personal quest for healing, blossomed into Kheyleve Naturals, a business dedicated to vintage skincare for a modern world. We handcraft small-batch, holistic skincare products with real ingredients for real results, guided by the belief that Creator God gave us grass-fed tallow and other ancestral ingredients to nourish our skin.
